You’ll coach teammates, participate in hiring decisions, provide on‑the‑spot feedback, and help create an inclusive, energetic environment that reflects our brand and commitment to wellness.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Open and close the store per procedures and manage shift readiness.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of store staff.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and foster collaboration.
