• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Open/close the store and manage daily operations.
• Review sales data to motivate the team and hit targets.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of team members.
