You will participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching, creating an inclusive, upbeat atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to meet guest needs.
• Assist with hiring decisions, training, and onboarding.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and team performance.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Support a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Supervise on duty when on the floor.
