Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
• Open and close the store following procedures
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals
