Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Support store leadership and act as Supervisor on Duty
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
• Offer direct feedback and coaching to team members
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment
• Review daily data to drive sales and metrics
• Open/close store according to procedures
• Ensure in-store readiness and operational excellence
