Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Burlingame, contracted through January 18, 2027. You will guide the guest experience on the sales floor, educate guests on products, and partner with leadership to meet daily sales targets.

You will supervise on duty shifts, mentor teammates, support hiring and training, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy store culture. The role requires travel flexibility and availability across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to oversee the floor and operations.
• Prepare and ensure store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Give direct feedback and coaching to team members and recognize achievements.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative team environment.
