lululemon in Skokie, IL is seeking a proactive Guest Experience Lead to join our store leadership team. You will guide the floor, delivering technical product education and ensuring every guest receives a top-tier experience that reflects our brand and values.

You will monitor performance toward sales targets, support hiring and onboarding, and mentor teammates to foster an inclusive, high-energy environment. Strong customer focus and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure operational excellence of the store throughout shift.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
