lululemon Athletica seeks a Guest Experience Lead in Chicago to drive in-store performance and guest satisfaction. You will lead on the shop floor, deliver technical product education, and support daily sales goals while guiding team members through coaching and development.

You will participate in hiring, manage peak-time staffing, and uphold an inclusive, high-energy environment that prioritizes exceptional guest connections and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Legally authorized to work in the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and support guests' needs.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to guide the team and store operations.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding.
• Review daily data to motivate the team toward sales targets.
• Coach and recognize team performance in real time.
• Maintain an inclusive, fun, productive store environment.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Ensure readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
