Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Chicago is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to guide the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive daily sales through exceptional guest service.

As part of the store leadership team, you’ll recruit, coach, and supervise team members, balance store priorities, and ensure an inclusive, high-energy environment for guests. This role reports to store leadership and supports performance and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver inclusive guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests when needed.
• Oversee daily store performance and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
• Support a respectful, collaborative, and high-energy work environment.
