Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with office duties as needed.
• Support safety practices and daily food safety checklists.
