Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires standing on the line, supervising shifts, and guiding front-of-house staff to deliver great service.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety, resolving quality issues, coaching crew, and supporting office tasks as needed. This position offers tuition assistance, free food, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read and write the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
