Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology licensing requirements where applicable.
• Experience in fast-paced retail management with a focus on sales, guest experience, and service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Drive guest experience and satisfaction through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll budgets, inventory controls, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Maintain attendance and adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
