Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience, and product attachment
• Retail management: proven ability with inventory, operations, and merchandise directives
• Leadership management: experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales, guest experience, and service goals
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and payroll budgeting to optimize productivity
• Develop and coach associates, conduct performance reviews and career plans
• Drive brand and service initiatives to improve guest loyalty and store performance
