Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers across salon services and boutique areas.

You will drive top-line sales, guest satisfaction, and NPS while coaching staff and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role requires a drive for results, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to develop talent and guest experiences that align with Ulta Beauty’s mission and values.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cosmetology license where required by state law
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets
• Leadership: develop and motivate talent, coach, and build teams

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver guest experience and sales goals.
• Manage salon services, boutiques, makeup and guest satisfaction.
• Drive NPS and loyalty through coaching and excellent guest service.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and inventory controls to optimize store performance.
