Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff. You will drive top-line sales, oversee services, boutiques, and retail operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences across departments.

The role demands strong leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards. The position requires managing performance, scheduling, and payroll within budget, and fostering a culture of accountability and guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Drive guest experience and satisfaction, manage services, boutiques, and retail sales metrics.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards including infection control and dress code.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Monitor schedules, payroll, and budgeting to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through demonstrations, consultations, and product education.
