Job summary

Five Below in the United States (WA) seeks a dynamic store leader with at least 2 years of management experience to coach crew, drive customer service excellence, and run daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will guide front-end merchandising and training, manage scheduling and opening/closing duties, and ensure a clean, welcoming store. Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
