Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a capable store leader to oversee front-end operations, train crew, and deliver a WOW customer experience at high volume, fast pace stores.

The role requires strong communication, people management, and the ability to multitask under pressure. You’ll work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends, starting at $15.00 per hour with opportunities to grow within the district.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST service experience.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Manages front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises crew members.
• Coordinates with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Maintains stock room and general store upkeep.
• Adapts to a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and travel as required.
