Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the store team and ensure outstanding customer service. You will supervise the front-end operations, cash handling, and daily safety, while modeling the values that drive brand loyalty.

As Manager on Duty when scheduled, you’ll deliver results and coach associates to exceed KPIs. Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining cleanliness and stock readiness, and partnering with supervisors to resolve store issues.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Leads Front End Operations and drives sales.
• Trains staff on the High Fives of Customer Service.
• Ensures fast, friendly checkout and maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains store standards and safety compliance.
• Opens and closes store procedures and supports in payroll planning.
