Job summary

Five Below is looking for an hourly store leader to supervise crew, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead front-end operations, open/close, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching crew, meeting district-led customer service goals, and partnering with the store manager on recruiting and developing talent. Flexibility for day/evening/weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on customer service experiences and brand standards.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and staff are trained accordingly.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and keep store clean and ready for customers.
