Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a salon and boutique team, drive guest satisfaction, and grow store sales. You will oversee makeup, skincare, and services while maintaining excellent guest service standards.

The role requires 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff and manage complex operations on a full-time, on-site basis.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations.
• Retail management: inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandise directives.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate top talent; adapt to change and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail, and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics with company programs, tools, and resources.
• Coach and develop direct reports; ensure ongoing training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and dress code; manage tasks with company tools.
