Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon and boutique operations, driving exceptional guest experiences and strong top-line growth in both retail and services. You will oversee stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and store leadership to ensure seamless execution of makeup, skincare, and service offerings.

The role requires 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management, a focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to train and coach staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for management track.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Oversee guest experience, services, and boutique operations.
