Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon and boutique operations, driving guest satisfaction and top-line sales in retail and services. You will oversee makeup, skincare, and guest services while managing staff performance and store processes.

The role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and adherence to standards, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience and profitable store operations.

Competenze

• 2–3+ years of retail management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses.
• Cosmetology management experience with guest experience and services.
• Leadership experience attracting and developing top talent.

• Drive top-line sales growth through services, boutiques, and retail.
• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, assistants, and managers.
• Ensure guest experience and NPS targets are achieved.
