Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience or similar work background.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Cosmetology management: skilled in services, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of regulations.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, drive service culture, and execute directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate talent; lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, retail, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth while controlling costs.
• Use scheduling tools to optimize staffing within payroll budgets and communicate needs to leadership.
• Address underperforming metrics with data-driven strategies and brand programs.
• Coach direct reports, provide feedback, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive guest experience that boosts NPS.
