Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience and product attachment.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, execute service culture and merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop and motivate top talent and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to schedule staff and optimize productivity within budget.
• Address underperforming metrics by applying company programs and strategies to improve results.
• Support direct reports in building and maintaining clientele and coaching performance.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better advise guests.
• Ensure attendance policy compliance and prompt, reliable scheduling.
