Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon, boutiques and retail, driving guest experience, services and sales. You will coach a diverse group of stylists and guest coordinators, set performance goals, and ensure operations align with Ulta Beauty standards.

In this role you will model the brand, manage staffing and scheduling, and deliver exceptional guest service while developing talent and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and boutique leads to deliver top-line sales growth and exceptional guest experience.
• Drive profitability through operations, scheduling, payroll and expense control.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to enable continuous development and sales performance.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and safety standards.
