• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license where required by state law
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, product attachment knowledge
• Retail management: inventory monitoring and operational control

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and sales staff to deliver top-line sales growth
• Drive guest experience, NPS and guest satisfaction across services, boutiques and retail
• Ensure scheduling, staffing and payroll align with store goals and budgets
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, inventory and loss prevention standards
• Coach and develop associates, conduct performance reviews and succession planning
• Partner with leadership to execute brand initiatives and drive omni-channel growth
