Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned store to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
• Train, coach, and supervise crew members; recruit and develop staff with the store manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the Store Manager.
• Communicate with district leadership and implement corporate communications.
