Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and train crew on BEST customer service.
• Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Open/close procedures and maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and communications.
• Perform stock room duties and basic store maintenance.
