Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store-level leader in Plymouth, MA to oversee front-end operations and guest experiences. You will train crew, manage daily checkout, and drive performance toward customer service goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintain stock room and perform general store maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
