Job summary

Five Below in Marlborough, MA is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead front-end operations, coach crew on the WOW customer experience, and help the store hit service score goals. This hourly role supports opening/closing, merchandising, and daily store readiness.

This position requires a HS diploma, 2+ years in management, strong communication, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure. Flexible weekends, 18+, retail energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.
• 18 years or older and able to perform all essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Responsible for leading front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising are set and meet brand standards.
• Ensures that all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures, maintaining the store cleanliness and readiness.
