Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training to lead a dynamic crew in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train team members, oversee front-end operations, and ensure a high standard of guest service at checkout.

You will collaborate with store leadership on merchandising, recovery, and daily operations while upholding company standards and safety guidelines. This role requires flexibility and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout for every guest.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers at all times.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members; partner with store manager.
• Coordinate merchandising procedures and World Recovery with the leadership team.
• Perform store maintenance tasks and manage stock room activities.
