Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to ensure top-notch customer experiences and smooth front-end operations in a high-energy environment. You will train and motivate crew, manage daily tasks, and uphold brand standards while driving store performance.

You will open and close the store, supervise merchandising, and collaborate with management to recruit and develop the team. A strong communicator with retail leadership experience will excel.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and outstanding service at the front of the store.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by management.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures equipment is working and staff trained for services where applicable.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and keeps the store clean and ready for customers.
• Assumes store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members; coordinate with leadership team.
