Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure cash and POS operations meet corporate standards. You will maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and safety procedures while supporting guest needs and vendor checks.

The role emphasizes flexibility with hours, reliability, and the ability to work in varying temperatures, contributing to a welcoming shopping experience across the store network.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift; work in intermittent temperatures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Keep store clean and stocked; handle housekeeping tasks.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Address guest inquiries and handle vendor checks per guidelines.
