Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company cash-handling standards. This role emphasizes supervision, coaching, and operational execution within a retail environment.

You will supervise front-line employees, greet guests, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality policies while supporting management in achieving store objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping and ensure 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish stock to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
