Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and organize work processes directed by management. You will supervise, coach and greet guests to ensure a welcoming shopping environment and adherence to safety and store policies.

The role includes cash handling, POS operations, and maintaining stock and cleanliness standards. A high school diploma is required, with flexibility to work varied hours and shifts to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise staff and monitor work processes as directed by management.
• Provide coaching to employees to improve task performance and customer experience.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Handle cash processes and maintain proper cash levels under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow established safety, security and quality policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash activities with supervision.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed and areas are clean.
• Maintain 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
