Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff performance and organize work flows in the store. You will coach employees, greet guests, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while managing cash processes and POS operations.

The role requires flexibility for varying shifts and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff and coaching on-the-job.
• Strong guest service orientation with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure duties are performed per management.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels as directed.
• Keep store clean and organized and ensure housekeeping tasks.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Process deposits, gift cards and checks when applicable.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
