Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent guest experiences in our store. You will manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily store operations.

You will also supervise housekeeping, address guest inquiries, and support safety and policy compliance while working flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees to ensure duties are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure housekeeping tasks and 24/7 guest service programs run smoothly.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
