Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members deliver WOW customer service with fast, friendly check out.
• Lead store to meet customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise crew members in partnership with the store manager.
• Communicate and respond to corporate updates and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership in merchandising and stock recovery.
• Maintain stock room, cleanliness and safe equipment operation.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
