Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager-in-training or senior crew leader to drive outstanding customer service and store operations at our Brookhaven location. You will lead front-end execution, ensure brand standards are met, and train a team of crew members to deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on customer service and checkout processes.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store cleanliness.
