Job summary

Five Below Inc is seeking an experienced manager to lead front-end operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew members, supervise checkout and merchandising, and drive store performance under the direction of the store manager.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a calm demeanor under pressure, with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Previous retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and keeps store clean and ready for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising and recovery.
• Maintains stock room and performs general store maintenance.
• Adapts schedule to business needs including day/evening/weekends/overnights.
