Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact; trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising, ensuring brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is working and staff trained for applicable services.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Works with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Maintains stock room and routine store maintenance.
