Five Below, Inc. is seeking a store leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and strong front-end operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train crew, drive store performance on customer service scores, and oversee merchandising and opening/closing duties. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of management experience, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew member training to deliver WOW customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end merchandising and ensure brand standards and equipment functionality.
• Open/close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
