You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, issue passes, escort guests, and support reception with calls and coordination tasks. This role emphasizes strong organization, problem-solving, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Requires understanding of work routines and applying skills across processes and systems.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills to review and select solutions without supervision.
• Ability to explain detailed information clearly within a team.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for entrants; greet, issue passes, escort visitors.
• Answer the phone in a professional manner.
• Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; address vendor issues.
• Escalate inquiries from employees, guests, or co-workers.
• Support team with office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Create client materials following brand guidelines.
• Follow security and emergency procedures for safety.
