Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality in parking and valet services at our location. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth vehicle handling during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes friendly service, clear communication in English, and adherence to safety standards while supporting guests with directions and needs throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language, read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival; issue and collect claim checks.
• Support guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries and help with deliveries or transport as applicable.
