The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible schedule and on-site work are standard expectations.

Qualifikationen

• College experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Wows customers with friendly service and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed well and customer service is top-notch.
• Assists with receiving and stocking so items are quickly placed on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, including cash handling, door security, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, performance, and service improvements.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance like cleaning and stock room upkeep.
