Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and ensures each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively with excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures: securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance: waste removal, sweeping, bathrooms, stock room.
