Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and guide daily store operations. You will manage guest services, POS transactions, and the gas console, ensuring compliance with safety and tobacco/alcohol sales rules.

This full-time role requires alertness to store conditions, proper cash handling, and effective communication with customers and team members. Shift flexibility includes 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical standards in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Assist Guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately during shifts.
• Stock and face shelves, maintain dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers.
• Monitor cash handling and perform proper drop procedures as needed.
• Follow safety, policy, and state law requirements; perform other duties as assigned by Management.
