• Lead and supervise associates, assign tasks, and support Store Manager.
• Oversee store administration tasks including paperwork and deliveries.
• Ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience from greeting to farewell.
• Prepare and serve DipSide items and manage prep areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper inventory rotation.
