Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Charleston, SC is seeking a Key Holder to support store management in daily operations, drive sales through genuine customer connections, and uphold brand standards.

You will lead by example, deliver an omni-channel experience using MPOS and curbside pickup, mentor teammates, manage turnover of tasks, and help maintain Visual and Operational standards while keeping the store safe and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Supports daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and visual standards.
