Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering extraordinary customer service and drive sales through genuine connections.
• Support omni-channel shopping using MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Act as floor service leader, communicating daily sales goals and metrics.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and general store operations.
• Collaborate with partners to restock and place product while upholding visual standards.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy and policy compliance to protect profitability.
• Support onboarding of new hires and provide feedback to leadership.
• Foster an inclusive environment and active team communication.
